How it works

Three steps, and a number you can check

  1. Step one

    Get verified

Apply with your government ID, your mobile number, and a 60-second video of yourself. A person on our team reads every application before anything is published.

  2. Step two

    Share your story

Your page is built to be sent on Messenger and posted to Facebook, where your community already is. Sharing brings in more help than anything else does.

Mayon Volcano at twilight, its silhouette mirrored in calm water under a pale evening sky.
  3. Step three

    Receive help, keep 90%

Donations arrive by GCash, Maya, or card. Donating is free — the platform keeps 10% only when you withdraw, and the exact net figure is on screen before you confirm.

Why this is safe

We check people, not just paperwork

Donors here send money to strangers. Everything below exists so that decision rests on something you can verify.

Read our trust & safety rules

  • Government ID + a 60-second video

Both are checked by a person before a fundraiser can publish, and neither is ever shown on the public page.

  • PayMongo-secured payments

GCash, Maya, Visa, and Mastercard all run through PayMongo. Card details never touch our servers.

  • 10% only at cash-out

Donating costs ₱0. On a ₱25,000 withdrawal the fee is ₱2,500 and the fundraiser receives ₱22,500.

Your turn

Someone you know is already raising money the hard way

A verified page, a payment link that works on any phone, and a fee that only applies once the money has actually arrived. The application takes about ten minutes and we reply within two to three business days.
